Well, we did it. Matthias and I hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner! It was small, just us and our brothers, the (ex)Roommate and her brother, and our friend M.
Despite my-coworkers' warnings that cooking a turkey was hard for a first-timer, and cooking it in a roaster instead of a bag was practically impossible, The Roommate and I pulled it off and cooked a fantastic, moist turkey!
